One protocol, total transformation — from spots and wrinkles to radiant, even-toned skin

After

Facial aging is never a single problem. It is the simultaneous accumulation of multiple changes: collagen depletion leading to fine lines and sagging, uneven melanin distribution creating sunspots and melasma patches, slowed cellular turnover causing dullness and rough texture, and cumulative UV damage degrading the skin's structural matrix. Conventional treatments often isolate one concern — laser for spots, fillers for wrinkles, peels for texture — requiring multiple appointments, higher costs, and longer cumulative downtime. A full-face approach recognizes that these processes are interconnected and treats them together for a naturally harmonious result.
The Full Face Rejuvenation protocol integrates three plasma modalities into one coordinated session, each addressing a different layer and concern. First, derma plasma (80–140°C) is rolled across the entire face. This produces a homogeneous thermal effect that penetrates into the dermis, activating fibroblasts and triggering a broad collagen–elastin synthesis response. Circulation increases, tissue oxygenation improves, and the skin's structural framework begins to rebuild from within. This is the foundation of the rejuvenation effect — it lifts, firms, and smooths across the entire facial canvas. Next, the warm plasma silver needle tip (120–400°C) is applied point-by-point to targeted pigmented lesions, melasma patches, and stubborn sunspots. Each micro-energy point reaches the pigment-loaded epidermis and triggers accelerated cellular turnover. As the treated epidermal layer sheds naturally over the following days, the excess melanin is carried away with it. Simultaneously, the controlled thermal stimulus triggers additional local collagen formation, improving both the texture and the tone uniformity of the treated zone. Hyper plasma (30–35°C) completes every session. Applied across the full face, it sterilizes the surface, calms any post-treatment inflammation, and accelerates the recovery timeline. The skin returns to social life faster, and the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation is minimized. Over successive sessions, the cumulative effect is a face that looks not treated, but genuinely renewed — smoother, brighter, firmer, and more even in every dimension.
This is the most comprehensive protocol in the Fusion Plasma system — it treats multiple concerns simultaneously, making it ideal for patients who want total facial renewal without juggling multiple separate treatments. Sun protection is absolutely critical: SPF 30+ daily for at least 2–3 weeks post-treatment is mandatory to prevent spot recurrence and maximize results. In Fitzpatrick V–VI skin types, the procedure must be performed at lower energy levels with modified point density; the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is higher and must be discussed thoroughly during consultation. Patients should expect mild redness and sensitivity for 24–48 hours after each session, and micro-crusting on treated spots for 3–5 days — this is the natural shedding process and must not be picked or scrubbed. Makeup can typically be resumed 48 hours after the session once the skin has calmed.
