Lift droopy lids and redefine the eye contour — no scalpel, no stitches, no downtime

Upper eyelid ptosis and skin laxity develop as collagen and elastin fibers weaken with age. The orbital septum loses tension, and gravity pulls the eyelid skin downward. Over time, the lid fold deepens or disappears entirely, the eye appears smaller and more tired, and in advanced cases the excess skin can even narrow the visual field. Traditional blepharoplasty removes this skin surgically — effective, but it requires anesthesia, incisions, stitches, and a recovery period with bruising and swelling.
The protocol relies on controlled thermal micro-injury delivered by the warm plasma silver needle tip (120–400°C). Each point application creates a tiny carbon crust on the skin surface. The body responds to these micro-injuries with an intense wound-healing cascade: fibroblasts activate, new collagen and elastin are synthesized, and the skin contracts as it remodels. This contraction effect is what lifts the eyelid. The excess skin fold tightens, the natural lid crease reopens, and the eye contour becomes more defined. The number and density of points are adjusted to the degree of laxity — more advanced ptosis requires a denser pattern. Hyper plasma (30–35°C) closes every session, sterilizing the delicate eye area, reducing inflammation, and accelerating the shedding of carbon crusts. The result is a lifted, tighter eyelid achieved through the skin's own repair mechanism — without a single incision.
Carbon crusts appear within hours and shed naturally over 5–7 days. Swelling for 2–3 days is expected and normal — the patient must be informed beforehand. No makeup, swimming, or sauna until all crusts have shed. Sun protection is essential; UV exposure on healing eyelid skin can cause pigmentation changes. Lower eyelid skin is thinner and more sensitive than the upper lid — treatment here requires lower energy settings and fewer points. The effect is long-lasting but aging continues; a single maintenance session every 1–2 years is recommended.
